Jessica's first experience in a kart was in 2004 at Sandown Park. She loved the thrill and went on to take her ARKS test and from there, started entering races and championship's as a Honda Cadet.

In 2007, Jessica was Buckmore Park Champion and Vice-Champion in the Super 1 British Championship. However, Jessica's greatest achievement to date is her title victory in the 2008 ABkC 'O' Plate event, racing for the prestigious Zip Young Guns All Stars Team.

Jessica stepped up to the British KF3 Karting Championship in 2009, but her campaign was blighted by bad luck and she unfortunately didn’t have a great year. In 2010 she competed in a Junior Rotax in both the Super 1 British Championship and the Formula Kart Stars Championship.

In 2010, Jessica was 8th overall in the Formula Kart Stars including a pole position and winning the Bradley Ellis ‘Hard Charger’ award. She also came 10th in the ABkC National ‘O’ Plate.
